You can return your R obotera Store products for 7 days after the package arrives at your address. We only accept returns that are notified to us within 2 business days after packages are delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse returns shipped after the 7-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition that you received them.
All properly returned products will be refunded to the original purchaser as a credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction less applicable bank charges (if applicable).
We do not bear any additional value on delivered orders, such as the shipping value on returned orders for any reason.
Please note that card refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days for your bank to complete, depending on processing time. This may vary greatly between card issuers, and Robotera Store will not be responsible for any delay in refunding by card issuers.
The Robotera Store does not provide any guarantees of any kind about the authenticity of the refund amounts or the timing of their arrival to the customers’ card/bank account, due to the multiplicity of institutions involved in initiating online transaction procedures, the problems of the Internet infrastructure available at present, and the working days/holidays of financial institutions.
